Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Treasure handles information for our parent-managed virtual reward wallet. We wrote it for families: clear, practical, and honest about what the product does today.

What Tiny Treasure is

Tiny Treasure is a virtual reward wallet for families. Parents and guardians can create child profiles, add reward credits, make corrections, review ledger history, and approve or reject withdrawal requests. In this phase, Tiny Treasure does not store real money, provide banking services, issue cards, or let children move funds.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as a parent or guardian name, email address, and login information.
  • Family setup details such as family name, child profile names or nicknames, currency, and guardian settings.
  • Virtual wallet activity such as credits, manual debits, transaction titles, optional notes, balances, withdrawal requests, approval decisions, paid status, notifications, and audit history.
  • Basic device, usage, and log information that helps us keep the service reliable, secure, and understandable.
  • Support messages or feedback you choose to send us.

Children's information

Tiny Treasure is designed for parent-managed family use. A parent or guardian creates and controls child profiles. We ask families to use first names, nicknames, or other low-detail profile names where possible. Children should not use Tiny Treasure without parent or guardian involvement.

How we use information

  • To create accounts, manage families, show child balances, record virtual ledger activity, and process parent-approved withdrawal workflows.
  • To send basic product notifications, such as reward added, withdrawal requested, withdrawal approved, or withdrawal rejected.
  • To provide support, respond to requests, improve the product, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
  • To send product and service messages related to Tiny Treasure.

Virtual balances are not bank balances

Tiny Treasure records a family-managed virtual ledger only. Balances in the app represent rewards tracked by the parent or guardian. They are not deposits, stored value, electronic money, cash accounts, or funds held by Tiny Treasure.

When we share information

  • We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, email, customer support, monitoring, and security. They may process information only to help us provide Tiny Treasure.
  • We may share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
  • We do not sell personal information.

Data choices and retention

You can ask us to update, export, or delete account information where legally and technically possible. We keep information only as long as needed for the service, security, audit history, legal obligations, and legitimate business needs. Because Tiny Treasure relies on an accurate ledger, some historical entries may need to be retained or archived rather than silently rewritten.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the type of information we handle. No online service can promise perfect security, so parents should use strong passwords, keep devices secure, and contact us if they believe an account has been accessed without permission.

International families

Tiny Treasure is intended to work globally in its virtual-ledger phase. If you use the service outside the country where our systems or providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries with different privacy laws.
