Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using Tiny Treasure. The short version: this is a parent-managed virtual reward wallet, not a bank, card, or child payment account.

Using Tiny Treasure

Tiny Treasure helps parents and guardians track virtual rewards for children. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful, family-appropriate purposes and to provide accurate account and family setup information.

Parent and guardian responsibility

  • A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the family account.
  • You are responsible for deciding when to add rewards, make corrections, approve or reject withdrawal requests, and mark a withdrawal as paid.
  • You are responsible for explaining to children that Tiny Treasure is a family reward tracker, not a real bank account.
  • You should supervise child access and keep login credentials secure.

Virtual rewards only

Tiny Treasure does not provide banking, money transmission, stored value, credit, card issuing, investment, or payment services in Phase 1. App balances are virtual records managed by the family. Tiny Treasure does not hold funds for you or your child and does not guarantee that a virtual balance can be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.

Withdrawals

A child may request a withdrawal, but the parent or guardian decides whether to approve, reject, delay, or mark it as paid. Any real-world payment or reward happens outside Tiny Treasure and is solely between the parent or guardian and the child.

Ledger accuracy

  • Tiny Treasure is designed to keep a traceable history of credits, debits, corrections, approvals, rejections, and paid status changes.
  • You agree not to manipulate, bypass, or misuse the ledger or audit history.
  • If something looks wrong, you should use correction tools or contact support rather than trying to alter records outside the product.

Accounts, access, and availability

We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of Tiny Treasure as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate access if an account is misused, creates risk, violates these Terms, or interferes with the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Tiny Treasure for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, financial abuse, or harmful pressure on a child.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or access the service without authorization.
  • Do not upload content that is unlawful, invasive, misleading, or inappropriate for a family product.

Subscriptions and future paid features

Tiny Treasure may later offer paid features such as cloud backup, web access, multiple devices, multiple children, Apple Watch access, or other family features. Any paid plan will show its price, renewal terms, and cancellation options before purchase.

No professional financial advice

Tiny Treasure may help families talk about rewards and money habits, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, banking, or financial advice. Parents and guardians remain responsible for family decisions.

Disclaimers and limits

Tiny Treasure is provided as-is and as available. We aim to build a reliable and careful product, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that the product will meet every family need. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tiny Treasure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Tiny Treasure grows, especially if future phases add paid plans, web access, watch features, or real-money wallet functionality. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
